(15 September 2015, Tuesday) The Southern University College in Malaysia has awarded the 5th Southern Human Spirit Award to artist Chung Cheng San, also known as the ‘Father of Malaysian Modern Art Education’.
In the article, it is highlighted that Chung was born in Malacca in 1953, studied at NAFA in his early years, and went to the United States for further studies.
