   if STPM cant get 2 pointer. that’s mean can not skip foundation? i would lik to take PR course.

   Please check with the university if you are qualified to study undergraduate. If you are not qualified, you will need to take foundation or diploma.

   报读Foundation的最基本条件是5科优等，你可以联系大学确认本身就读的资格。
