Come and join us on our Open Day, 3 & 4 April 2010 where we will be presenting the valuable tips of the fundamental of bread making by professional pastry Chef who brings along with him years of previous experience.
In addiction, our master dim sum Chef, who is specialized in the fine art of dim sum will be conducting live demonstration.
Live demonstration will also be conducted by our double award-winning silver medalist wedding cake specialist, Chef Lily Chai, during which you will see for yourself first-hand how to come up with a fascinating wedding cake you have always cherished.
