How to Apply
Application forms can be submitted either in person or via the postal service. Complete application for spring semester 2014 must be RECEIVED by November 29, 2013. All application forms and supporting documents shall be sent by postal mail to the following address.

Important Dates
The submission deadlines of regular admission application for spring semesters are listed below. The date of application is determined by the postmark, if the application is sent by postal mail. Applicants who are unqualified or submit incomplete documentation in their application will be rejected. In general, applications received after the deadline will not be processed. Submitted materials are not returned. In the event of special cases, please directly contact Division of General Affairs at [email protected].

National Ilan University Scholarship for International Students
We offer the generous scholarship (undergraduate students can apply maximum NT$4,000 per month; graduate students can apply fully-supported/NT$8,000 or partially-supported/NT$4,000 per month.) for international students. Besides, new graduate/undergraduate students are given according to academic performance (on a 4 point GPA scale): GPA above 3.5 receive a waiver of half tuition and miscellaneous fees; GPA above 4.0 receive a waiver of full tuition and miscellaneous fees.
