| 申请条件 | General Conditions to apply for PTPTN loan:
1. Malaysian citizen; 2. Aged not more than 45 years on the date of application; 3. Has been offered a place at IPTA/ IPTS and Polytechnic by fulfilling entry requirements determined by the Ministry of Education and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA); 4. The course to be pursued by the IPTA/ IPTS and Polytechnic student must have registration approval from the Ministry of Education; 5. For IPTS students, the course to pursued must have the Certificate of Accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and still valid on the application submission; 6. For a student who has other qualifications different from the conditions in paragraphs (4) and (5), a verification must be obtained from the department or agency as stated above; to show that the qualifications are on par with the required qualifications 7. Remaining period of study at time of the application should not be less than one (1) year; 8. Student has no other sponsor; 9. SSPN-i saving account is a requirement prior for application |

Students can make application via http://epinjaman.perak.gov. The date of application will be communicated to students directly. The duration for online application is one month. Approval is subject to Pinjaman Pengajian Tinggi Perak’s discretion. 2. Loan payment procedures Applicants have received the offer letter from IPT and submitted agreement together with complete supporting documents. Approval for the loan is subject to Perak State Government. 3. What is interest rate? The SUK loan is interest free (0%) |

i. Applicants, and/or parents must be Perak born. ii. If applicants, and/or parents are not Perak born, they must have resided in Perak for more than 10 years. iii. Applicants offered full time studies at Diploma, Degree, Master or PhD level. iv. Applicant must not be final year student. And for Foundation programme, applicant must have at least 1 year study left at the time of application. v. Does not have any other sponsorship. |

| QIUP ACADEMIC & SPORT SCHOLARSHIP – Foundation & Diploma Programme | |
| 详情 | SPECIAL SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP
Offered to students excel in sports. Students who wish to apply must have recorded participation at State or National level. As this scholarship is given “on a case to case” basis; the requirement of 3A’s or 6A’s does not applicable but the students must fulfill the minimum entry requirement for the courses they intend to pursue. However, other terms and condition remains the same. |

1. Malaysian Students who have completed their SPM,O-Levels (or equivalent) 2. Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens Term and Condition: 1. Scholarship sponsored student MUST continue their undergraduate study at QIUP. 2. Must maintained a GPA of 3.00 every semester 3. The scholarship applies for the whole duration of the programme 4. Full/Partial Scolarship covers tuition fee for the programme only. 5. All scholarship applicants will be evaluated and shortlisted by the Scholarship Awards Committee of QIUP. The Committee reserves the right to change the criteria from time to time. |

1. Malaysian Students who have completed their SPM,O-Levels (or equivalent) 2. Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens Term and Condition: 1. Minimum CGPA 3.25 in STPM (or equivalent), Government Matriculation: CGPA 3.25, UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects, Diploma in related field CGPA: 2.75 (Minimum), Any other equivalent qualifications 2. Must maintained a GPA of 3.00 every semester 3. The scholarship applies for the whole duration of the programme 4. Full/Partial Scolarship covers tuition fee for the programme only. 5. All scholarship applicants will be evaluated and shortlisted by the Scholarship Awards Committee of QIUP. The Committee reserves the right to change the criteria from time to time. |
