The workshop will cover detailed stages of report writing; technical/engineering report formats; writing and turning around accurate technical documents quickly to meet deadlines; and understanding how technical reports should be structured through application of a systematic approach.

In addition, the participants will learn about technical reports as a basis for further evaluation and assessment for specialised engineers/technicians; tried and tested proof-reading techniques to check and review documents more effectively; how to identify and avoid common pitfalls in technical report writing; as well as usage of clear and powerful language to target and persuade readers for positive results.
