(16 October 2015, Friday) The fourth edition of Digital Fashion Week will have its opening show on 29 October. As of yesterday, the news of this show has already reached close to 17,000 likes on Facebook. The highly anticipated event is the Lianhe Zaobao x Digital Fashion Week SG50 Fashion Show.
This show is organised by Lianhe Zaobao and Digital Fashion Week, with the support of SG50 Celebration Fund, with works by 12 young independent designers as well as several representatives from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, MDIS, and Raffles Design Institute. With a “Singapore-flavour” as inspiration, these designers will come together to present 50 outfits. This is also the biggest fashion show to feature so many designers working on locally-inspired outfits. The show will be directed by well-known fashion director, Daniel Boey.
